Bates Masi Architects created this modern, riverside house in contemporary Noyack, NY, brought a new, natural luxury to the term “relaxed”. Simple, modern facade to make way for a beautiful, full of light interior. Designed for an actor with the rest and relaxation in mind, this house plan “becomes a study in theater architecture: a series of spaces in a written order carefully subtly reflect the professional life,” explained the architect. The view from the large windows and garden river, and covered by a privacy screen that slides open hole or closed. Architect had some design ideas large attic, with the main living room on the upper floor living spaces are ignored by.
