Modern house covering 3000 square meters was designed by Jack Zack and Lise de Vito designed and modern open plan that takes advantage of a broad view and the San Francisco Bay. Options means unique panelized framing house assembled on site within 3 1 / 2 weeks. The house consists of three cubic bathroom + bedroom, three and an open plan living floor with dramatic city views, and the Gulf Bay Bridge. The house was designed and built with sustainability in mind by using materials that match, systems and construction techniques. Modern home design and an open, expressive materials, detail and craft, but it’s easily assimilated into the urban context of the old house. Attention to detail is well exemplified by the custom interior staircase is made from water jet cut steel stringers, treads and steel, acrylic and glass guardrails.
