the Modern Point Piper House in Sydney by POPOVbass Architects
Designed by POPOVbass Architects, the Point Piper House in Sydney, Australia is a nice house to look and stay at. The house has an irregular shape with three storeys from the street edge and blessed by a nice view from east and northeast. The street elevation adopts a modest, organic form and make use of materials such as sandstone and timber in an undulating pattern.
Because of it’s low profile you can views over the building from the public domain. uniquely, the entrance of the house was on the third story where it was at the street level, giving you a sense of unusual entry sequence. Noted that the light is only readily available from the east or from above. This is due to its lower construction and the large neighboring dwellings on either side.
